I adore everything about this costume. I recommend buying a separate hoopskirt.. But kids....I AM Scarlett O'Hara. Hopefully Halloween will be more interactive this year than last year, but if not I have my costume for the future years.Got this costume for my Virtual Halloween party. The party is on Friday so I have not yet worn this awesome dress, but it fits perfectly!
